Created in 2015 following the loss of a family member to suicide, I designed the type of writing journal that I wished existed as I was trying to work through my own grief. I could not find anything that gave me a space to reflect on what I was going through. There were memoirs about suicide bereavement or blank journals to write about your experience. But there was nothing in between.
A loss by suicide leaves so many unanswered questions and often an emotional rollercoaster. It can be difficult to understand what we think or feel. This journal was designed to help others through that and inspire healing. Please watch our video to find out more.
