+ Four Main Topic Sections to explore the emotions of – Shock, Anger, Depression, and Acceptance
+ “Practical Matters” to record any and all administrative necessities
+ Colourful Photography to lift the spirits on tough days
+ Blank pages for personal reflection + Memory pages with interactive prompts to remember your loved one + Simple geographical shapes to colour
+ “Lessons Learned” pages to capture important lessons that will not only allow you to discover how to grow from your experience but to also help others who may face a similar experience

This is simply a remarkable publication. My wife lost her wonderful mother, and this journal has been a huge help to her during the grieving process, providing an outlet for her thoughts and feelings, offering a way to explore unresolved questions, and a way to connect with the very difficult emotions of losing her mum to suicide.

I was actually surprised at just how much there is in this journal – which is part-diary, part-personal-journal, part reflective place to gather thoughts with images, colouring space and prompts and opportunities to explore one’s own feelings in a way that I have not seen having spent much time looking at other journals.

Losing a loved one to suicide is a unique – difficult and tragic experience, so it is appropriate that this journal offers a unique helping hand, a way to explore thoughts and providing a way through a difficult chapter towards a better understanding of one’ s feelings.

If you know someone has lost someone special, this will help to start the journey towards finding themselves once more
