If you have lost someone that you love to suicide, then sharing just a few meaningful details in your own handwriting can have a far-reaching impact on both our local and global community.

There are far too many out there who feel isolated and vulnerable following this type of traumatic experience.

Held up us break the barrier of isolation and silence by select one of the postcards and sharing your story.

So what do I need to do?

Answer just five quick questions (first name or initials; age and age at the time of loss; your relationship with the person you lost; the greatest challenge you had to overcome; and what helped through the tragedy or brought the light back into your life.

Then…

Option 1

Simply find a postcard from your local area, fill it in and – for simplicity – take a photo of both sides with your smart phone and email to us or post it on our Facebook page.

Option 2

If you don’t have a postcard or are able to pick one up locally, then instead choose one from the list below, fill it in and take a photo of both sides with your smart phone and email to us or post it on our Facebook page.
